Frequently Asked Questions


1. I haven't received my package yet, when will it ship out?

        Just sit tight -- if the item is a preorder it can take quite awhile for it to reach me. As soon as they arrive, I ship them out ASAP. You can check my Twitter on the status of current shipments regarding preorders.


2. USPS says my item was delivered but I never got my package.

        The first step is to contact your local post office. Once the item is shipped from my end, there is little I can do. I use ShipStation which automatically integrates the addresses provided by you, the customer, and if I need clarification, I will always send a follow-up email. In the case of USPS not following through, please contact me via e-mail and we can proceed from there. I issue refunds/replacements on a case-by-case basis. 

        That being said, please, please, PLEASE double and triple check your addresses so that I can accurately send it to your location. I am not responsible for an inaccurate or incorrectly formatted address provided by the customer (however I will do my best to reach out if something is unclear. In many cases ShipStation will autocorrect addresses with mistakes).


3. The item I received was defective, what do I do now?

I understand that this happens and it is out of my control. However, I offer replacements as long as you can provide evidence of said defect (images, videos, etc). Just simply email me at [email protected] and I will get to you as soon as I can!


4. Do you offer returns?

At this time I do not offer returns. I can offer a refund provided that I have not already shipped the item to you.

BUYER MUST BE 18 OR OLDER IN THE UNITED STATES OR AGE OF MAJORITY IN THE RESPECTIVE REGION/COUNTRY OF PURCHASE.
